Shipping and returns


Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Chronopost with tracking and drop-off without signature. Packages are dispatched via Chronopost with tracking and drop-off without signature. Packages can also be shipped via UPS Extra with tracking and drop-off without signature.  Whichever shipment choice you make, we'll send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include preparation and packing fees as well as postage costs. Preparation costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are sized appropriately and your items are properly protected.
