Incubation conditionAfter blocking, incubate the membrane with HRP conjugated Anti-beta III Tubulin antibody(ZB15139-HRP) for 3-4 hours at room temperature (20-25℃) or overnight at 4°C, and then wash the membrane 3 times for 5 mins each with TBST



Background


Cysteine residues in class III β-tubulin are actively involved in regulating ligand interactions and microtubule formation. Proteomic analysis has revealed that many factors bound to these cysteine residues are involved in the oxidative stress and glucose deprivation response.This is particularly interesting in light of the fact that class III β-tubulin first appears in the phylogenetic tree when life emerged from the seas and cells were exposed to atmospheric oxygen.

Sample: Protein treated by RIPA Lysis Buffer (G2002).
Blocking buffer: 3% Nonfat dry milk (GC310001) in TBST, RT, 1h.
Antibody: HRP conjugated anti-beta III Tubulin antibody 1: 2000, 4℃ overnight.



Storage


Storage            Store at -20℃ for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Storage Buffer            PBS with 0.15% ProClin300, 100 μg/mL BSA and 50% glycerol. The color of the product is light yellow.
