Incubation conditionAfter blocking, incubate the membrane with HRP conjugated Anti-beta Tubulin antibody(ZB15140-HRP) for 3-4 hours at room temperature (20-25℃) or overnight at 4°C, and then wash the membrane 3 times for 5 mins each with TBST.



Background


Tubulin is the major constituent of microtubules. It binds two moles of GTP, one at an exchangeable site on the beta chain and one at a non-exchangeable site on the alpha chain.

Storage


Storage            Store at -20℃ for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
