Immunogen : Ovalbumin conjugated synthetic peptide: AR[dimethyl-K][phospho S]TGGKAPRKQL-(C) corresponding to aa 7-20 of Histone H3 (17 kDa). This sequence is conserved in a wide range of species.

Murine Isotype: IgG1, K

Specificity :  dimethylated (K9)-phosphorylated (S10) histone H3. This histone H3 modification is correlated with mitosis.

Recommended dilutions: 1/500-1/5000
