Specificity: Huntingtin from human and mouse. Other species unknow. Cross-reaction with other proteins : not detectable by western blot.
Applications :
· ELISA
· Western blot: not suitable for the natural Huntingtin.
· Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections and microwave oven treated paraffin sections (human tissues).
· Immunocytochemistry on transfected cells
· Immunoprecipitation
Recommended dilutions: 1/500-1/5000
Storage: Store at -20°C (up to 3 years)
Avoid repeat freezing and thawing cycles.
