Immunogen : synthetic peptide coupled to ovalbumin (STELLIR[me3K]LPFQRLVG-C) corresponding to aa 57-72 of human Histone H3. This sequence is conserved in a wide range of species.

Murine Isotype: IgG2a, K

Specificity: methylated (K64) Histone H3 (17 kDa).

Applications :

Recommended dilutions: 1/500-1/5000
