Alkaline Phosphatase Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) | GB24311 | 100 μL |
Product Description / Introduction
This product is a goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L) labeled with Alkaline Phosphatase (AP), which specifically recognizes the heavy chain (H) and light chain (L) of mouse immunoglobulins. This enzyme has high catalytic activity, good thermal stability, and wide substrate compatibility, making it one of the most commonly used reporter enzymes in the field of biomarking. It is widely applicable to various immunoassay techniques such as Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB), and Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA). In Immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, it can catalyze the BCIP/NBT reaction to generate insoluble dark blue to blue-purple precipitates, which deposit in the antigen localization area. In Western Blot experiments, when combined with dedicated AP reaction substrates, it can produce continuous and stable signals. In ELISA experiments, p-Nitrophenyl Phosphate (pNPP) is hydrolyzed by alkaline phosphatase to generate yellow p-Nitrophenol (pNP). The combined use of this product with the matching AP secondary antibody-specific dilution buffer can effectively reduce non-specific binding, lower background noise, and enhance the specificity and clarity of positive signals.

Assay Protocol / Procedures
1. Prepare the working solution of AP-labeled goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L) secondary antibody: Dilute the alkaline phosphatase-labeled goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L) secondary antibody with the special dilution buffer for AP secondary antibody at an appropriate ratio, and prepare it freshly before use.
2. For the reagent incubation process, refer to the relevant experimental procedures of IHC, WB and ELISA.
Note
1. Due to the differences in experimental samples, the specific dilution ratio should be adjusted according to the experimental results, and the initial dilution ratio can refer to the recommended dilution ratio.
2. This product is not compatible with phosphate buffer, and TBST (G2150) buffer is recommended for washing.
3. For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during operation.
