HRP conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L）is usedto Western blot, ELISA and IHC. It can catalyze the chemical luminescence of ECL reagents in Western blot; It can catalyze the TMB to produce a detectable signal in ELISA, or to catalyze DAB to produce brown precipitation during the detection of IHC or Western blot.
