Cy3 (Cyanine 3) belongs to water-soluble anthocyanin dyes. This type of dye is brighter, more stable, and has weaker background than other fluorescent probes, so it is widely used for biomolecule labeling, fluorescence imaging, and other fluorescence-based biological analysis. Cy3 conjugated Donkey Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) is used for IF, FC and other experiments. The excitation wavelength is 550nm and the emission wavelength is 570nm.
